What you need:

- cutting machine
- 651 or 631 vinyl
- transfer tape
- pod laundry detergent container (I used Gain because it’s green)
- Witch hat, children’s size (I bought mine at Party City)
- battery operated lights (OPTIONAL)
- ribbon for hat (OPTIONAL)
How to
Remove the label from the container. This was not easy. I ran it under hot water and scraped it off with my fingernails. After that I put a little Goo Gone on it and wiped with a paper towel to get rid of the leftover glue. Then I washed it to get rid of the Goo Gone smell.
Next, I cut out my Free Halloween SVG, which is the face, and applied it to the front of the container. I then placed my battery operated lights inside.

Finally, I placed the hat on top and decorated it with ribbon to give it a little but of color!

The lights and ribbon are optional but I really like what they added to the project! Also, for this decoration, I used 651 vinyl when cutting out the SVG, but if you are using it inside, you could use either 651 or 631.
